How many days after purchase is the installation done?
In most cases, installation is done within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. During the busier summer months (June–August), it may take 3–4 business days. We offer urgent installation when a slot is available — call us to check.
Do budget air conditioners come with a real warranty?
Yes. AUX, Gree and Midea offer an official warranty of 3 to 5 years when installed by a certified technician. We issue a warranty card and an installation certificate, which are the official basis for warranty claims. Without a certificate, no manufacturer is obliged to handle a warranty claim.
What is NOT included in standard installation?
Standard installation includes 3 m of copper pipes. If the distance between the indoor and outdoor units is greater, you pay for the extra meters of pipe at market price (usually 9–13 €/m). If special installation is needed (facade work, high floor with rope-access equipment), we let you know in advance during the site survey. No surprises after the contract is signed.
Can the air conditioner also be used for heating?
Yes, all inverter air conditioners in our catalog work in heating mode (heat pump) down to -15°C or -20°C depending on the model. At -5°C they produce 3 kW of heat while consuming only 1 kW of electricity — much more cost-effective than an electric radiator or a gas boiler in small rooms. The Black Sea climate is ideal for their efficiency.
How do I maintain the air conditioner so it doesn’t lose efficiency?
We recommend: (1) Cleaning the indoor filter every 2–4 weeks during active use — just take it out and rinse it with water; (2) An annual technical check by our technician (refrigerant pressure check, heat exchanger cleaning, drain check); (3) Don’t cover the outdoor unit — it needs to ventilate freely.
