Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SvitKomfortu.bg (the „MERCHANT“, „We“) and the users („You“) of the online store available at https://svitkomfortu.bg/. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.These terms have the force of a distance contract within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA).

These terms govern the ordering, payment, delivery and use of the goods offered through the online store. By clicking the „Order“ button, the user confirms that they accept these terms.

The user undertakes:

• to provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• not to compromise the security and functionality of the website;
• not to use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

All prices on the website are in euros (EUR). The MERCHANT is not registered for VAT and prices do not include VAT. The MERCHANT reserves the right to change prices at any time.

• Orders are placed through the website;
• The contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation by the MERCHANT;
• The MERCHANT may decline an order if the item is out of stock.

Available payment methods:

• cash on delivery;
• bank card payment via a secure virtual POS system;
• bank transfer.

• Delivery by courier companies;
• Lead time: usually 1–3 business days;
• The delivery cost is shown in euros (EUR) before the order is finalized.

Pursuant to Art. 50–55 of the CPA, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints can be submitted by email or via the contact form. Response time – up to 14 days.

All materials on the website are protected by law. Their use without the express written permission of the MERCHANT is prohibited.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

All relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
